Interview: Inmate Bases Appeals On Botched Execution

Robert Campbell is scheduled to be put to death in Texas Tuesday night for the 1991 kidnapping, rape and murder of a Houston bank teller. The execution of the 41-year-old would be the first in the country since the botched lethal injection of an Oklahoma death row inmate last month. Texas, like Oklahoma, has had to find new sources for the chemicals used in executions, after European drug companies stopped selling their products to the U.S. corrections officials. His attorneys will make one last push on his behalf using the Oklahoma case as the basis for their appeal. ABC News correspondent Jim Ryan has more.
