It’s been nearly 20 years since Timothy McVeigh blew up the Alfred P. Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City, a crime for which the Army veteran would later pay with his life.

A second man, Terry Nichols, was convicted as an accomplice in the bombing that killed 168 people. Now an attorney from Salt Lake City hopes to prove in court that at least one other person had a hand in the slaughter.
