It’s been pointed out once or twice Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith looks a lot like a certain funny-man. OK, it’s been said more than twice.
The statement has been made so often that the mere mention of the observation makes Smith roll his eyes.
Now Smith and Will Ferrell are set to do something a little more productive than eye-rolling and put their uncanny resemblance to work for charity.
The two are set to have a drum-off in an effort to raise money for Cancer for College, a charity that provides scholarships to cancer survivors and amputees, and have so far more than $300,000 for the charity.
