Beyoncé and Jay Z’s no-good-very-bad-Monday continues.
As TMZ leaked more footage of what is now known as That Epic Post-Met Gala Elevator Fight, the celeb-friendly Standard Hotel (a place Jay and Bey will surely never frequent again?) has released a statement.
“We are shocked and disappointed that there was a clear breach of our security system and the confidentiality that we count on providing our guests,” reads a statement released to USA TODAY, and first reported by theGrio.com. “We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity.”
