TMZ says that Justin Bieber is being charged with only a misdemeanor offense for egging his neighbor’s house. It took the Los Angeles District Attorney months to decide whether to file the charge as a misdemeanor or felony.
The egging took place in January and TMZ has a video of the incident that you can clearly hear Bieber in.

Bieber will be arraigned today at 1:30 PM PDT but he TMZ says he will not be present.
