Dog Attacks Toddler At St. Pete Hotel
An 18-month old toddler was attacked by the family dog on Friday night at the Extended America Hotel in St. Petersburg. The dog bit the little boy in the face, leaving the toddler with facial wounds. He was then transported to All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg and is currently in a stable condition.
The Pinellas County Animal Control has the dog in custody. They will monitor the dog and determine the disposition of the dog. The St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and St. Petersburg Police department responded to the call.
