Britain Close To Naming Foley's Executioner
Police and spy agencies are close to identifying the English-accented militant deputed on video showing the killing of U.S. journalist James Foley. British newspapers reported Sunday that investigators were looking at several British jihadi thought to be in the Raqqa are of Syria. British officials estimate that between 400 and 500 Britons have traveled to join the jihadi militants in Syria, scores of who have already returned home.
