On June 10, a warrant was issued for the trio’s arrest. Shortly after, the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force started receiving anonymous tips about the suspects’ whereabouts. Newson was located and arrested at his home without incident on June 12, 2014.

Donnell Mingo and his cousin Tyrell were located and arrested the following day at two separate locations.
